These terms apply to roofing work carried out by CD Roofing LTD, Leeds, and to use of this website.

Quotations

Quotes provided by us are free and without obligation. A quote is based on the information available at the time it is given; if the scope of work changes once a job is underway, we will discuss any change to the price with you before proceeding.

Work and materials

We are specialists in all aspects of roofing, including pitched and flat roofs, repairs, chimney work and guttering, for domestic and commercial clients across Leeds and West Yorkshire. Workmanship is guaranteed and carried out to high standards. Where we give a timescale for starting or completing work, it is given in good faith; weather and other factors outside our control may affect scheduling.

Emergency callouts

We offer emergency roofing services for sudden leaks and storm damage. Emergency callouts are prioritised and we will confirm any costs with you when you call.
